Come On C’s… Refund His Money

I’m not gonna lie here… I think this is downright crappy.  Here’s a guy who was at the DCU center game in Worcester that got cancelled.  The C’s say the offered refunds…. which I guess they did.  This guy wanted his money for the 2 $48 tickets.  Here’s the reply he got:

So to recap:

On October 30, the Celtics sent out a note saying people had ONE DAY to get their requests in for their money back…. or…. they could get 15 bucks off some of the worst seats in the house to see one of 4 Wednesday night games…. or a Monday night game against crappy teams.

Hey Celtics… you’ve been good for exactly ZERO regular season games and you’re already dicking over fans.  Christ.  Why such a small window for refunds?  Why so many limitations?  I know every game is sold out… so there needs to be some flexibility on game selections… fine.  So give people a chance to figure out if they can go to a game.

To send out an email to fans and give them a day to respond is total bull.  It’s a cheap ploy to make it hard for people to get their money back.  It’s embarassing.

  1. This is so bush league. I am furious at the front office. They haven’t won squat yet and are already acting like the Red Sox or Patriots.
