I’ll be honest… I love my life.
I’ve climbed Mt. Everest twice… I had a wild fling with Angie Everhart before I had to dump her for being too clingy… and I once punched Bruce Lee in the face for looking at me funny.
That’s also me hugging both of the Red Sox World Series trophies. And since I’ve got photographic proof of that… then you can just assume I’ve got photographic proof of that other stuff… which I do. I just can’t find it right now.
I also can’t find the diagram for the last play of regulation yesterday. I’m going to assume it called for more than everyone just standing around. Whatever… at least the last play of overtime went exactly as diagrammed…. right Ray Allen?
”Paul had a shot if he threw it in and stepped back in. He caught me wide open and KG set a great pick. But if I wasn’t open, KG was under the basket. It was a great play.”
I think the Raptors are going to be pretty good… so the C’s keeping them under 100 points even in an overtime game is big. I don’t know if it was the smartest decision to stop double-teaming Kevin Garnett in the overtime… but that’s what they did. It’s a good thing for Toronto that TJ Ford ate his Wheaties. The Globe has more on the passing of Doc’s father.
And congrats, by the way, to Ray Allen… who passed the 17,000 point mark in the overtime (he’s got 17,004 right now).
I’d like to also introduce everyone to our first ever RedsArmy.com model. She’s clearly wondering what the hell that last shot of regulation was as well. Either that, or she’s “turning it over” in her diaper. That might be what it is… because I’ve seen Chuck make the same face before walking out of the Red’s Army executive offices with the sports section.
If Jester’s kid isn’t cute enough to convince you that you should cruise through the RedsArmy.com shop… then you have no soul.
It didn’t take long for Marc Spears to learn the ways of the Globe and start mailing it in. Read his story today…no mention of Pierce’s lame final shot in regulation. He also failed to mention Garnett’s utter dominance in OT. What game was he watching? Oh yeah…Pats/Colts.
