Isiah Thomas is an ass. Everything the touches falls apart. He was a great player… hell… one of the greatest ever. But it’s been nothing but embarrassment and disaster since then.
This Knicks team should be good. It shouldn’t be 4-9. I know they’ve got a ton of selfish, overpaid swing men… but they’ve also got Eddy Curry and Zach Randolph on the blocks and they SHOULD be dominating. But they’re not. They’re up and down and it’s because Isiah Thomas is, perhaps, the most incompetent man on the face of the earth. He’s the anti-Larry Brown. Brown goes from team to team and generally leaves them in a better position than before. Zeke makes everything worse.
The Knicks present a match-problem for the C’s. They’re too strong up front and one of those two guys on the blocks can have success pushing KG around a little. But this team has no heart… and a quick start by the C’s will result in a blow out… and more calls for Isiah’s head.
By the way… remember… tonight’s game is on TNT. And if you’re going to the game… bring a toy… and help a kid.
