Some of you have gotten to know NBA Official Ken Mauer tonight after some of his horrific calls (like the phantom foul on Pierce and the no-call when KG was blatantly held). But you don’t know Ken Mauer the person.

I have been a suffering celtics fan just as long as the next guy, suffering through the Alla Abdulnaby (and god do I hope I spelled that right) and Dino Radja days, I was a wee tot in 86, and thought the general Sherman Douglas was the best point guard in all of the NBA. Along came Paul Pierce, the Walker wiggle, Rodney Rodgers, and hope, only to be let down again by my own hope. Thinking that team could compete with the Lakers or even the Jason Kidd nets or the AI sixers. I beleived in the kids, aka AJ, Ryan Gomes, the high flyer Gerald Green, but this year, WOW, its different, in the loss tonight the crowd in the game until the very end, Paul Pierce doing everything to rally the troops, the intensity KG shows night in night out and I mean an absolute animal, Rajon developing before our very eyes, and a 29-4 record. The likes of which this guy has never seen out of a celtics team. At the end of the year this loss will hopefully not be a factor in the standings race. I would hate to see a poorly officiated game cost them a 1 seed in the east, amazing how far we’ve come to say that about a celtics team, so your welcome Charlotte for a gift of a win, and keep up the great work guys lets go celtics.
Its plain & simple.. Richardson was the man tonight and the D took a day off after a great win against Detroit! Not worried about this loss… At all!!
Worst officiating of the year so far. Lots of bad calls in the second half, and at HOME. Celtics did not help themselves with the awful shooting and turnovers down the stretch. Eddie had a rough fourth quarter. Just have to take it out on the Nets and Wizards this weekend.

KEN MAUER IS THE BEST OF ALL THE NBA OFFICIALS…WORKED THE FINALS LAST YEAR AND IF CELTICS DONT CHOIKE HE WILL SEE THEM THERE AGAIN!!!
