What’s Doc so pissed off about? Try the defense. The Raptors nailed 15-21 3 FGs and 19-19 FTs in tonight’s 114-112 victory over the Celtics. Rajon Rondo let Jose Calderon blow by him for the game winning bucket with 10 seconds left. When guys like Calderon, Anthony Parker and Carlos Delfino are shooting the ball like Reggie Miller, Larry Bird and Craig Hodges (who?), you know its not your night.
The Raptors shot Lights out! You gotta give them credit!
You lost. Get over it. You didn’t think you were winning every game did you?
Your defense is over-rated and once you actually play some good teams from the West (which you have not done YET) the truth will be told.
I know you have blown out Toronto twice but I hope you don’t over look them if you get them in the playoffs. You are one hail Mary shot by Allen from being 500% against this team.
Teams will remember all the trash talking you do especially when you lose.

Just wanted to let you know that the C’s are thinking of putting a D-League team in Portland, Maine. This would be sweet because they’d have an actual incentive to put young guys there if knew they were only a couple hours away by car and even less by plane instead of out in Utah. Plus, NE fans would be able to see these guys play for cheap, all that stuff. Just wanted to post and see everyone’s thoughts.

Defense is overated and we haven’t played anyone out West yet. Two very tired and worn out arguments. We heard the same crap before beating Detroit on the road. We destroyed the Lakers twice, along with Utah, Portland and Denver. Oh yeah, we haven’t played the Suns yet, they got smoked by Minnesota last night. And the Spurs too….a team who has lost a half dozen games to teams under .500.
No doubt, Tdot fans don’t have much trash to talk, there have been a few seasons where we didn’t get to 33 wins all year. Your record is a headshaker, for sure.
But Sorry dudes Parker (4th in the league in 3%), Delfino, and Calderon (leading the league assist to turnover) are all bona fide shooters.
It would surprise you because of their underrated status in the league, but not us.
We didn’t even need Kapono (leading the league in 3%) to shoot one. As I’ve said, see you in April.
You can probably understand how sweet it is to beat your team; other than Garnett your team is not likeable. They are a bad boy street team with no class. (Who are shredding the league so far, yes).
I hate the Knicks too, but that last game was a low point for the Celtics rep in my opinion.
