So Charles Barkley was asked by Playboy “who has the worst fans in the NBA?”
When I played, the Boston Celtics had the meanest fans. They were the worst fans. They just loved their team and they were mean and nasty. I ain’t been back. I wish I had been there the last 10 years when they really sucked.
I love Charles Barkely… but I can’t break his image of the mean, nasty Boston fan. So the meanest thing I figured I could do is post a picture of when he was thin… to remind him how fat he is now.

Speaking of Chuck (as in OUR Chuck)… he and I had a wild night last night. We were pounding shots forever…. chugging Sam Lights… and… well… Chuck had the beer goggles on. Lucky for you… I had a video camera.

In regards to the Time article I believe the biggest reason many black athletes keep their mouths shut on social issues is money. There are other reasons such as lack of courage, integrity, self love and respect. Paul notion that racism is not as prevalent today is comical at best…The white/black only signs were replaced with racist institutional policies. While some Blacks uses affirmative action to blame whites and others for their poor choices. PP can start with a closer look at the Celtics organization where he worked for the past 10 years. How many Blacks were hired in decision making positions excluding coaches? How many of the 11 black players are currently dating black females excluding Leon Powe? Time magazine asked 3 —– their opinions on social issues… Of course the answers are going to be “well I’m getting mines so why should I worry about others”. —– believe strongly in racism and individualism…. Obviously, Paul is blinded by his sheer ignorance.
Oh lawd, I might be considered as a mean fan. That would make Chuck B right about some of the Cs fans…oh well!

Fans were mean in the 80’s but they knew there stuff. Now Celtics fans are stupid, ignorant and band wagon jumpers that haven’t been to a game since the 80’s.
I hate to break it to Barkley but the Celtics in 2000-2003 did not suck. They competed. They didn’t win a title but then again neither did Barkley.
