Tomorrow Could Be CP3 Free

According to Marc Spears

Tommorow night, West All-Star guard Chris Paul and the Hornets (29-19) host the defending champion Celtics (41-11). But after missing the previous three games with a sprained right foot, the two-time All-Star told The Globe he is uncertain whether he will play. Paul averages of 21.5 points, 10.9 assists, 5.4 rebounds and 2.8 steals per game.

David West will be there after serving a 1 game suspension for this:

West has killed the Celtics.  KG has a hard time guarding him.  I wonder if things would be different without Paul around.

“I’m not sure yet,” Paul said. “We will know by tomorrow. I’m better. I’m definitely better.”

  1. unrelated – the end of the Cavs-Pacers game was ridiculous

  2. The only reason West is hard to guard is because of Chris Paul getting him the ball.

  3. As much as I may not like West, that’s actually not true. He has a good mid-range jumper that he uses in order to be able to take his man to the hole when they overplay him. He can definitely take a lot of people 1 on 1.

  4. He should have gotten more than one game for that…
